- Abuse Prevention Protocol to come into effect in September 2012
- Staff Administrator: Wendy McCowan
- Presentation of financial report for 2011 (Published in May 2012 issue of CrossWords)
- Update on our current financial position year-to-date
- Repairs, replacements and additions
- Motion to borrow up to $45,000 from our District Canadian Church Extension Fund (CCEF) that will allow us to move ahead with needed repairs, replacements and additions in a timely manner.
Ratification of new members to our Board of Trustees:
- Presentation by Pastor Derek of individuals for ratification
